We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as an  Entry-Level Marketing and Fundraising Associates!

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, community outreach, fundraising, and customer engagement.

No previous marketing or fundraising experience is required! We provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities to learn practical skills that can help you build a successful career.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing & Fundraising Associate, you’ll help increase awareness of charitable initiatives, engage with community members, and support fundraising and outreach campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Marketing & Outreach: Help promote campaigns, initiatives, and fundraising programs through engaging, face-to-face interactions and community outreach.
• Fundraising Support: Communicate the mission and impact of nonprofit and charitable initiatives to encourage community participation and support.
• Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with individuals, community members, and prospective supporters.
• Campaign Promotion: Assist with marketing activities, outreach events, promotional initiatives, and fundraising campaigns.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Develop strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills while representing our organization professionally.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside an energetic team to achieve campaign goals, share ideas, and celebrate collective success.
• Professional Development: Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions to strengthen your marketing and leadership abilities.
