JDE Payroll Functional Lead

HR & Payroll Enterprise ERP Leadership

Know JD Edwards HR/Payroll Ready to lead instead of simply support

Were looking for an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HR/Payroll Functional Lead to take ownership of a critical ERP function.

Youll lead the functional team stay hands-on with JDE solve complex HR/Payroll problems drive enhancements and help shape whats next.

This is not a ticket-management job. Its an opportunity to own improve and lead .

No C2C/ sub-contract/ OPT EAD available for this role.

What Youll Do

Own JDE HR & Payroll

• Serve as a functional authority for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HR/Payroll .
  
• Lead configuration support enhancements and issue resolution.
  
• Troubleshoot complex problems and drive root-cause solutions.
  
• Partner directly with HR Payroll IT and leadership.
  
• Identify ways to improve processes data integrity and system utilization.
  

Lead the Team

• Lead and develop ERP functional specialists.
  
• Set priorities across support enhancements and projects.
  
• Provide functional direction and remove roadblocks.
  
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues.
  
• Create clear accountability for results.
  

Drive Projects & Improvements

Take initiatives from:

Requirements Design Configuration Testing Deployment

Youll translate business needs into practical ERP solutions and help improve how HR and Payroll use the platform.

Youll also contribute to ERP modernization and integration initiatives as the environment evolves.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 8 years of ERP functional experience with HR and/or Payroll.
  
• Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience.
  
• Strong HR and Payroll process knowledge.
  
• ERP configuration support enhancement and implementation experience.
  
• Team leadership or senior functional lead experience.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  

Bonus experience: ERP integrations audit/compliance reporting automation or ERP modernization.
