Job Description

This position will support the continued enhancement of business processes by partnering with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new data strategies, reporting tools, and workflows throughout the organization. The individual will develop and maintain financial models used to evaluate unit-level economics, labor and food cost trends, and the financial performance of new locations. Responsibilities will also include writing SQL queries to extract, reconcile, and validate information from the company’s Snowflake cloud data warehouse for both recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis.

The role will work closely with Accounting, Operations, IT, and Systems teams to gain a thorough understanding of how location-level information moves through ETL processes and ultimately into the company’s data warehouse. This person will also maintain and enhance Excel-based reporting tools and dashboards utilized by the FP&A team, while supporting monthly financial close activities, annual budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of both corporate and location-level profit and loss statements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline, along with up to two years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analytics, or data analytics. Relevant internship experience may also be considered. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including the ability to create complex formulas and build financial models from the ground up.

Candidates should also have working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R and be comfortable cleaning, reconciling, and analyzing large data sets to identify meaningful trends and insights. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are important, as this role requires regular collaboration across multiple departments. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable approaching complex business questions where the answer may not be immediately apparent, while clearly communicating both conclusions and the reasoning behind them.
