• Shift: 20 hours/day shift coverage (collaborative daytime coverage, night home call)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40-50 hours (based on shift coverage)

• License/Certs: State Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal Certification preferred
• Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care for infants in a Level III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver family-centered care
• Assist with coverage in the NICU and newborn nursery as needed
• Support clinical procedures and treatments for critically ill newborns
• Participate in patient rounds, care planning, and documentation
• Contribute to ongoing clinical excellence and quality improvement efforts
• Engage in educational activities for families and staff

What You Need

• Valid state Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal Certification (preferred)
• Prior NICU or neonatal experience required
• Strong clinical judgment, compassionate communication, and team-oriented mindset
• Key skills: neonatal assessment, care planning, patient management
